Sole Employer
You will be the employer and will be responsible for providing worker’s compensation. You can choose to provide other benefits, too. We handle payroll and help you comply with employment laws.
Bill Payer
You choose services and goods from vendors and we’ll handle the payments.
Co - Employer
You choose who you want to hire and fire, and how much you want to pay them. We’ll handle all aspects of employment, including insurances and taxes.
Participant Directed Services
Participant-Directed Services lets you choose who to hire, schedule, and supervise the work for some types of Individual Program Plan (IPP) services.
