As the participant, you lead your Self-Determination journey. You choose your services, your team, your routines, and your goals. Our role is to support your independence by giving you clear, real-time access to your spending plan, offering guidance when needed, and making sure your funds are used exactly how you decide
Family/Guardian
Families play a vital role in supporting daily decisions, safety, and planning. We partner with you by helping manage payroll, answering questions about service codes or spending plans, onboarding your workers quickly, and keeping complaint so your focus stays on care, not paperwork.
Independent Facilitator (IF)
Independent Facilitators help families navigate the SDP system, build meaningful goals, and create a spending plan, that reflects participant's needs. We work closely with IFs by providing accurate budget numbers, clear explanations of models types, and fast turnaround on documentation they need.

Service Coordinator (SC)
Service Coordinators guide the IPP process, issue authorizations, and ensure services align with RC requirements . Ridgeline supports SCs, through prompt communication, accurate billing, and reliable documentation so approvals and reimbursements happen smothly.
Vendors / Independent Contractors
Vendors provide critical services-whether skilled therapy, coaching or education. We help ensure invoices are correct, processed quickly, and complaint with RC rules. Our team is always avaialble to help new vendors understand what documentation they need to begin working with families.
Employees / Workers
Employees are the backbone of a participant's support team. We streamline onboarding, handle payroll every two week, support I-9 questions, and provide real-time timesheet tools so employees get paid accurately and on time.
