An FMS helps participants in Self-Determination Program (SDP) manage their budgets. We handle employer responsibilities like payroll, taxes, and reimbursements, and ensure spending stays complaint with DDS and Regional Center guidelines.
We're vendored with Alta, Far Northern, North Bay, East Bay, Redwood Coast, San Andreas, San Diego, and Inland Regional Centres.
We're also in the process of vendorization with other RC's.
For clients: typically 1 - 2 weeks after we receive the referral and service agreement.
For employees: 2 -- 3 weeks after background clearance (Live scan) and TriNet onboarding.
Vendors can start as soon as their packet and W-9 are submitted and approved.
Co-Employer: Ridgeline handles payroll, takes and HR compliance.
Sole Employer: The client manages their own payroll through a service liek Gusto, while Ridgeline oversees compliance and reimbursements.
Bill Payer: Used for vendor or reimbursement-based services only (no employees).
