Employees use Jibble to log time. All hours must be clocked daily to comply with DDS requirements. Missed punches can be corrected but must be approved by the employer.
Payrolls runs semi-monthly, on the 10th and 25th of each month. Direct deposit usually posts one day before pay day.
Employees are onboarded through TriNet for payroll and benefits. They must complete their W-4, DE-4, I-9 (on or after their start date), and direct deppsit setup.
Full-time employees (30+hours/week) may enroll in health, dental, and vision benefits through TriNet within 30days of hire. The client's SDP budget covers employer contributions.
The employee is responsible for completing their DDS Live Scan. If reimbursement is allowed in the spending paln, Ridgeline can reimburseonce proof of payment and clearance are provided.
